SPH London - Strategic Rebrand Following Merger of Two Industry Leaders

SPH London was formed through the merger of two respected firms - Stature London and Piercehill Consulting - combining decades of quantity surveying and project management expertise under a single, future-focused brand. The challenge was to create a new identity that honoured this legacy while positioning the business for growth, innovation, and expanded reach across the UK and Europe. This project was led as part of a full brand transformation at Klinical, including strategic repositioning, naming, and visual identity development.

Brand Strategy & Positioning

Merging two established names required a clear, unifying strategy. A new brand platform was developed to align shared values, define SPH’s mission, and articulate a forward-looking brand promise. The strategy positioned SPH as a trusted, dynamic partner in the built environment - balancing experience with a modern, solutions-driven approach to quantity surveying and project management.

A Visual Identity Built for Progress

The new identity system was designed to feel confident, professional, and clean - moving away from the more traditional aesthetics of the sector. A refined logotype, fresh colour palette, and updated typography created a distinctive and contemporary look while preserving a sense of clarity and precision. The design reflects SPH’s commitment to rigour, detail, and partnership, ensuring the brand feels at home on-site and in the boardroom.

Brand Activation Across Touchpoints

The identity launched in late 2024 with an internal rollout and new website, supported by the development of key materials including proposals, project documents, and digital communications. The brand now reflects SPH’s evolving capabilities and elevated market positioning - supported by notable wins across Europe, including flagship projects like The Mandrake Hotel in London.

A Unified Brand with Ambition

The rebrand has given SPH London a clear, distinctive voice in a competitive sector - equipped with the tools and identity to grow with confidence. Built on shared experience and shaped by future ambition, the brand now embodies both where the company has come from and where it’s headed next.
