Innovate Care Group is a progressive provider in the complex care sector, built around a clear mission: to empower individuals through innovative, high-quality care. However, their existing brand identity felt generic and indistinct within a crowded and often clinical-looking industry. Brand Strategy & Positioning

The focus was to shift Innovate Care Group away from a typical care provider aesthetic and position them as a modern, human-centred brand. The strategy centred on themes of innovation, empowerment, and individuality, ensuring the brand communicated not just the services they offer, but the positive impact they have on people’s lives. This created a clear foundation for growth and differentiation within the complex care space.

Visual Identity

The visual identity was evolved to feel more distinctive, optimistic, and contemporary, while retaining recognisable elements of the existing brand. A more vibrant colour palette and modern typography were introduced to bring energy and clarity to the brand. Custom, hand-drawn illustrations were developed to represent complex care journeys in a dignified and engaging way, adding a human touch and creating a more expressive visual language that sets Innovate apart.

Website Design & Build

The website was designed to bring the new brand to life through a dynamic, engaging user experience. Rich in colour and movement, the site incorporates animated illustrations and considered layouts to reflect both the brand’s personality and the individuality of its clients. The focus was on creating a platform that feels uplifting and accessible, while clearly communicating Innovate’s expertise and impact.

Ongoing Brand & Marketing Support

Following the rebrand, I supported Innovate Care Group with ongoing social media marketing, ensuring the new identity translated consistently across all digital touchpoints. This included creating content that reinforces the brand’s tone, values, and visual language, helping to build recognition and engagement over time.
